How we collect, use and protect your personal data, under the EU GDPR, Spanish law, and U.S. privacy laws including the California CCPA/CPRA.

FUDE Marketing is based in Spain and provides marketing services to dental clinics, primarily in the United States. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of visitors to this website and of people who contact us.
This policy covers the data of website visitors and prospective or current clients (for example, dentists and clinic owners who contact us). It does not cover the personal data of our clients' patients. When we process patient data on behalf of a dental clinic as part of a service, the clinic is the data controller (or, under U.S. law, the HIPAA "covered entity"), and we act as a processor / business associate under a separate agreement (see section 10).
| Purpose | Legal basis (Art. 6 GDPR) |
|---|---|
| Respond to your enquiry and provide the requested audit/quote | Steps prior to a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in replying |
| Provide our services and manage the client relationship | Performance of a contract |
| Send commercial communications about our services | Your consent, or legitimate interest for existing clients |
| Analytics and advertising cookies | Your consent |
| Comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting) | Legal obligation |
This website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Non-essential cookies load only after you accept them in our consent banner. For full details and to manage your choices, see our Cookie Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers (processors) who help us run our business, under the appropriate agreements:
Some of our providers (such as Google and Meta) are based in the United States or process data there. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
We keep contact-form and enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of the relationship plus the legally required retention periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations). Marketing data is kept until you object or withdraw consent.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email admin@fudemarketing.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell your personal information for money. Use of advertising cookies may be considered a "sale" or "share" under the California CCPA/CPRA; you can opt out at any time through our cookie banner ("Reject" or "Cookie Settings"). To make a request, email admin@fudemarketing.com.
We only send marketing emails and text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP or contacting us. We honor opt-out requests promptly, consistent with U.S. CAN-SPAM and TCPA rules.
This website is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please do not send patient health details through the contact form. When a U.S. dental clinic engages us for services that involve patient data, we act as a HIPAA "business associate" and sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with the clinic. In that role we use safeguards to protect PHI, and we never exchange PHI over open channels such as public social-media messaging.
This website is aimed at dental professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and review our measures regularly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "last updated" date.
For any question about this policy or your data, email admin@fudemarketing.com.
